Mr. Balchev joined Hayfin in 2018 and is a member of the Private Equity Solutions investment team. Prior to joining Hayfin, he was a Vice President in the European Private Equity Team at Pantheon Ventures, focusing on origination, execution, and monitoring of secondary and direct co-investment transactions across Europe. Before this, Mr. Balchev worked at Rothschild’s M&A advisory team in London, at European Investment Fund and at McKinsey & Company. He holds a Master’s degree in European business from ESCP Europe.
