Mr. Hosogaya joined Hayfin in 2023 as Managing Director within the Partner Solutions team. As the Head of Japan, he primarily focuses on business development in the country. Prior to joining Hayfin, Mr. Hosogaya spent 16 years at Credit Suisse in Japan where he held Head of Asset Management Distribution and Head of Asset Management Products. Prior to this, he worked for Atlas Capital, spending 2 years as one of the founding members of its Tokyo office and 4 years in London within Client Service and Product Development. Mr. Hosogaya began his career at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi. He graduated from Keio University with B.A. in Law.
