Neil joined Hayfin in 2009 and is the Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Hayfin, he was Finance Director at Gandhara Capital Management Group. Neil managed Gandhara’s global finance function in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the United States, overseeing local statutory, regulatory and management accounting requirements. Before joining Gandhara in 2006, he was International Finance Manager at Henderson Group plc, covering business areas within Asset Management, Retail Distribution, Global Hedge Fund Distribution, and Operations and Strategy. Before this, he was an Associate in the Investment Management Group at Ernst & Young. Neil graduated from the University of Birmingham and is a qualified Accountant.
