Mr. Cavaglià is a Managing Director at Hayfin, focusing on special opportunities investments and direct lending.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Mr. Cavaglià spent ten years with Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division, focusing on illiquid credit opportunities and structured credit. Prior to that, Mr. Cavaglià spent two years in the advisory practice within the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Cavaglià graduated from the University of Turin with an MSc in Business Economics.
