Ms. Shen is a Managing Director and European General Counsel at Hayfin. Prior to joining Hayfin, Ms. Shen spent seven years at Investec Bank plc most recently as Head of Legal for Corporate and Investment Banking and as COO of Advisory. Before joining Investec, Ms. Shen spent six years at Herbert Smith LLP in the US Securities / Corporate team. Ms. Shen graduated with a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a BA from UC Berkeley.
