Mr. Merrill is a Managing Director at Hayfin, focusing on origination and investment opportunities in the firm’s specialist Healthcare team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Mr. Merrill spent five years in the healthcare leveraged finance group at Barclays, working on the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged debt financings.
Mr. Merrill received his MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
