Nicola joined Hayfin in 2016 and is a Legal Counsel in the Legal Execution team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Nicola was a Managing Associate in the Banking team at Linklaters LLP, acting for lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a variety of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. During this time, Nicola gained secondment experience working within the business teams of an international investment bank and a European debt fund. Nicola graduated with an LLB from the London School of Economics and is an English-qualified solicitor.
