Kerry joined Hayfin in 2022 and is a Director in the Human Resources Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, she was Head of Talent & Development at Grosvenor Estate Management, where she was responsible for leading the UK learning and talent management strategies. Kerry has 20 years HR experience working in Real Estate, Financial Services, Retail, and Media. She graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with an MBA in Human Resource Management.
