James joined Hayfin in 2023 and is Head of Investor Relations in the Partners Solutions team.
Prior to joining Hayfin he spent five years at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) where he was a senior member of the Client Relations team and a product specialist covering liquid credit and senior debt strategies. Before that he spent seven years at UBS Asset Management where he was an investment specialist in the Fixed Income team and began his career on rotational programmes at Russell Investments and at Landsbanki. James graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA (Hons) in History.
