This strategy is a broad mandate with a flexible approach that leverages both direct origination and secondary purchases of illiquid assets to find attractive deployment at all points of the cycle.

Hayfin invests in special opportunities across a range of asset classes and market niches to provide capital when financing is scarce.

These situations include companies under stress or in distress and in comparison to our Tactical Solutions strategy, has more appetite for the most complex situations that are expected to need restructuring and/or rescue financing. Capital preservation is supported by hard assets or cash flow, and we drive value creation through differentiated local sourcing, structuring expertise, active asset management and our experienced workouts capability.
