Aubain joined Hayfin in 2021 and is a Director, Portfolio Risk.

Prior to joining Hayfin, he worked for CQS as a Risk Manager. Aubain has a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, and a MSc in Optics and Photonics and MSci in Physics, both from Imperial College London. 

Barrett joined Hayfin in 2016 and is a Director in the Healthcare team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, he spent two years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance team within the Investment Banking Division, focusing on origination, underwriting and execution of leveraged finance transactions. Barrett graduated from Touro College of Medicine, New York, with a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and from Hampden-Sydney College, Virginia, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Bronwyn joined Hayfin in 2018 and is the Operations Director.

Prior to joining Hayfin, she spent two years at Global Loan Agency Services. Before that Bronwyn spent eight years at Deutsche Bank in their Corporate Trust Client Services team in London focussing on CDO transactions and Loan Administration services in Europe. Prior to that, she spent approximately two years at The Bank of New York (Previously JPMorgan Chase) in the Corporate Trust Risk, Control and Operation teams in Bournemouth. 

Camilla joined Hayfin in 2015 and is Head of MENA & Southern Europe in the Partner Solutions team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, she worked at 1OAK Capital within the sales and structuring team, covering European derivatives products. Before this, Camilla spent one year as part of the Investor Relations team at FiveSixty in Milan and as an Intern at Intesa San Paolo in London. She graduated from University of Buckingham, London, with an MSc in Management. 

Caoimhe joined Hayfin in 2021 and is the Head of ESG, focusing on the development of ESG strategy and implementation across all managed assets.

Prior to joining Hayfin, she worked in pensions consulting, assisting public and private sector pension schemes with the development and implementation of responsible investment policies. Caoimhe graduated with a BA (Hons) in Theoretical Physics from Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Carlos joined Hayfin in 2023 and is a Director in the Private Credit team focusing on real estate investments within the Special Opportunities strategy.

Prior to Hayfin, he spent ten years at Apollo investing across the capital structure in asset-heavy investments. Before that, Carlos started his career within Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing business. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and BA in International Studies and French. 

Carlos joined Hayfin in 2009 and is a Portfolio Manager & Head of Special Situations for the Special Opportunities strategy, serving as Chairperson and member to a number of investment and corporate committees.

He is also responsible for Southern European origination within the Private Credit business and Co-Chairperson of Hayfin’s People and Culture Committee. Prior to joining Hayfin, Carlos was an Executive Director within Goldman Sachs’ Principal Investment Area in London, with responsibility for southern Europe and financial services. Prior to this, he worked within Goldman Sachs’ European Leverage Finance business and its Investment Banking division. Carlos graduated from ICADE (Madrid) in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) and completed the Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. 

Christian joined Hayfin in 2022 and is a Director in the Partner Solutions team with a focus on Nordic clients.

Prior to joining Hayfin, he worked at Amundi AM for seven years in business development and sales in both Stockholm and London. Before that he worked at Affiliated Managers Group and Bloomberg Lp. Christian graduated from Uppsala University with a MSc in Business and Economics and has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Clement joined Hayfin in 2017 and is a Director in the Private Credit team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, he spent two years at 3i Group in their Debt Management team in London focusing on Loan and High-Yield transactions in Europe. Before that, Clement spent two years at BNP Paribas in the Leveraged Funds team in London. He graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine in France with a degree in Banking, Finance, and Insurance.

Cyril joined Hayfin in 2015 and is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for the firm’s Private Credit business.

Prior to joining Hayfin, he spent eight years at Citigroup where he worked in Corporate Strategy and M&A within the Financial Institutions Group. Previously, Cyril worked as a project manager for Société Générale CIB and started his career at PwC focusing on banks and asset managers. He graduated from the New York University Stern Business School with an MBA and also holds an MSc in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
